Is there any upfront cost?
No. There's no upfront cost. I show you a design first, and you only go ahead once you're happy with the direction.
When do payments start?
Only once you're happy with the design direction and give me the go-ahead to build it for real. Your plan starts then. If you're not happy, you walk away owing nothing. No awkward conversations, no invoices.
Is there a minimum contract?
No lock-in, no minimum term. Stay as long as you want and cancel anytime. I'd rather earn your business every month.
What's included in the $95/month?
Everything: your domain name, hosting, mobile-friendly design, Google and AI search setup, a contact form, and updates to your existing site whenever you need them. One business email account or forwarding setup can also be included, with additional addresses available for $5/month each.
How many pages can I have?
As many as your business reasonably needs. Most of my sites have 3-5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact), but I'll build whatever makes sense for you. If a site becomes unusually large or complex, we'll agree the scope first.
How long does it take?
You'll see your first design within a week of filling in the form. Once you go ahead, your site is usually live within two weeks, often faster.
Can I make changes after the site is live?
Absolutely. Updates to your existing site are part of the plan. Need to update your prices, swap a photo, add a testimonial, change your hours, or add a new section? Just send me a message and I'll handle it.
What if I already have a website?
No problem. I can build you something new and switch over when you're ready, or take a look at what you've got and suggest improvements.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain name and all your content. If you ever decide to leave, I'll help you take what's yours.
